- Describe the inspection process that is used by the NYS Office of Medicaid Inspector General and the impact adverse inspection findings will have on professional licenses as well as the pharmacy’s registration.
- Express the seriousness of the NYS Attorney General’s Office of Medicaid Fraud Control Unit aka MFCU.
- Explain when and why the Food and Drug Administration conducts an inspection of a community pharmacy, even if that pharmacy does not compound medications.
