Identify and explain aspects of the effective and safe practice of pharmacy self-care treatments
Describe at least two over the counter and prescription medication interactions that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians should be aware of
List three OTC medications and their use. Pharmacists should identify counseling points for each of three OTC medication

Unique experience in pharmacy practice, regulatory affairs and pharmacy education.
Community Pharmacist with over thirty years behind the bench along with extensive experience in managing a pharmacy as a sole proprietor. Served for over ten years as a member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy, including Chair, and in the highest role in New York pharmacy professional associations. Also served seven years in Village Government, including elected mayor of a prestigious Westchester village. Testified before the New York State Assembly. Continuing pharmacy education lecturer since 1999 to over 5000 pharmacists. Serve on the editorial board of peer-review pharmacy publications. PSSNY interim executive director from August 2024 – May 2025.
