
NY Pharmacy Law Update - EPT Therapy and Licensed Technicians
A summary of the changes on two important topics in New York- Expedited Partner Therapy and Pharmacy Technicians. The New Technician law took effect April 25, 2021. New changes to ratios in ALL pharmacy settings.

Community Pharmacist with over thirty years behind the bench along with extensive experience in managing a pharmacy as a sole proprietor. Served for over ten years as a member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy, including Chair, and in the highest role in New York pharmacy professional associations. Also served seven years in Village Government, including elected mayor of a prestigious Westchester village. Continuing pharmacy education lecturer since 1999 to over 5000 pharmacists.
