Dr. Audrey Littlefield is the pharmacy manager for perioperative services and controlled substances at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. She received her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Connecticut in 2014 and went on to complete her PGY-1 pharmacy residency and PGY-2 critical care residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. After residency training, Dr. Littlefield was the clinical pharmacy manager of the cardiothoracic ICU for 5 years before advancing to her new position. Dr. Littlefield is board certified in pharmacotherapy and critical care. Her research interests include anticoagulation reversal, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiovascular critical care.
