State the pharmaceutical context of the dispensing of medical marijuana, including how that has evolved in the era of state-legal medical marijuana programs.
List the legal requirements imposed on New York Registered Organizations (vertically-integrated medical marijuana providers in New York State) for the dispensing of medical marijuana, including the role of pharmacists as part of the underlying statutory and regulatory requirements.
State how marijuana is being proposed to be rescheduled under federal law, including the findings made by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as to the credible scientific support for medical use.
Describe the process of rescheduling, and the impacts associated with marijuana moving from Schedule I to Schedule III.
