Pruthvi Patel, MD, MPH is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine in the Division of Liver Disease at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Patel was previously an assistant professor at the School of Medicine in Stony Brook.

  • After completing her bachelor’s at SUNY Binghamton, she got her Master of Public Health degree at Columbia University. Then she went on to the Mount Sinai School of Medicine for her doctorate, residency, and fellowship in Gastroenterology.
  • Dr. Patel’s is currently doing research on the role of telehealth in improving access to care for patients living with Hepatis C.
