  • Jeffrey Kwong, DNP, MPH
  • Jeffrey Kwong is a certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Professor in the Division of Advanced Nursing Practice at Rutgers School of Nursing in Newark.  He also practices clinically at Gotham Medical Group in New York City. In addition to his academic role, Jeffrey is the Co-Medical Director for the HIV and Aging Initiative of the American Academy of HIV Medicine, a member of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care HIV & Aging Expert Advisory Council, and is part of Mt Sinai/CEI’s HIV Project ECHO Expert Faculty.
