Alexandra Danforth, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP

Dr. Danforth received her PharmD from St John Fisher College, Wegmans School of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. She is a credentialed pharmacist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine and is certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in Ambulatory Care.

She is an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Wegmans School of Pharmacy at St. John Fisher College and serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students from St. John Fisher, the University at Buffalo, Albany College of Pharmacy, and D’Youville College.

Dr. Danforth is also certified in New York State to provide patient care through collaborative drug therapy management and to administer immunizations. She serves as the Infectious Disease Director at Trillium Health in Rochester, New York and oversees HIV quality and treatment adherence programs.
