- John Faragon, PharmD is a pharmacist at Albany Med Health System specializing in HIV Medicine. He completed his BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in New York State and completed an Adult Internal Medicine/Education residency. He serves as the Regional Pharmacy Director for the Northeast Caribbean AIDS Education (NECA AETC) and Training Centers.
