Describe what types of improper professional activities can result in disciplinary action by the New York State Board of Pharmacy.
State which state and federal agencies have investigative and financial oversight of the pharmacy profession.
State the definition of OIG Exclusions, CMS Preclusions, NYS OMIG Exclusions, and PBM exclusios.
