Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, LIU Pharmacy, Brooklyn. Professor Bova has unique experience in pharmacy practice, regulatory affairs and pharmacy education. Community Pharmacist with over thirty years behind the bench along with extensive experience in managing a pharmacy as a sole proprietor. Served for over ten years as a member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy, including Chair, and in the highest role in New York pharmacy professional associations. Also served seven years in Village Government, including elected mayor of a prestigious Westchester village. Continuing pharmacy education lecturer since 1999 to over 5000 pharmacists.
Prof. Bova is also the Director of Continuing Professional Education at LIU Pharmacy.
