Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:

 

Describe the current management recommendations for patients with presumed and confirmed COVID-19 infection

List the current treatment recommendations and evidence with respect to supportive care (antimicrobials, thromboprophylaxis, sedation/analgesia, etc.) for COVID-19 patients

Describe some of the investigational medications being studied to help treat COVID-19 infection

List resources and guidelines that can be utilized for the management of COVID-19 patients
