Lorinda Anderson, PharmD, BCPS: Lorinda Anderson, PharmD, BCPS, is a faculty member at the Oregon State University College of Pharmacy. She teaches Pharmacy Practice and women’s health and has a clinical site at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Dr. Anderson’s research and professional advocacy focus on autonomous pharmacist prescribing. She has developed several training programs, including the first certification for pharmacist-prescribed hormonal contraception. Dr. Anderson also serves on State committees that develop and approve statewide protocols for pharmacist-prescribing. These include the Oregon Board of Pharmacy work group on hormonal contraception and as chair for the governor-appointed Public Health and Pharmacy Formulary Advisory Committee.

Paige Clark, RPh:

Paige Clark, RPh., is the Vice President of Pharmacy Programs and Policy at Prescryptive Health, a healthcare technology company empowering consumers and pharmacies. In this role, Paige drives engagement to support the company’s commitment to increasing the awareness, utilization, and scope of practice for pharmacists. Prior to Prescryptive, Paige served as OSU College of Pharmacy’s Director of

Alumni Relations and Professional Development where she was responsible for alumni and corporate relations, professional development programming, and continuing education development. Paige is a graduate of Oregon State University College of Pharmacy, and she was a recipient of the National Merit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Pharmacy Practice, is a Bowl of Hygeia honoree, has received the lifetime achievement Blockstein Award, was named Pharmacist of the Year twice and was honored with APhA’s Good Government Pharmacist of the Year award. Much of her professional scope expansion work has centered on expanding pharmacist’s ability to prescribe birth control.

She spent 4 years working for the Oregon Board of Pharmacy authoring policy, advising the board, and serving as Public Information Officer. Paige speaks frequently at national conventions and serves on several national pharmacy taskforces.
